[James A. Hankins: James Alexander M. Hankins, 12/27/1832 1855, (the Deceased) son of Martha Morton & John Miller Hankins, husband of Lavisa A. Clearman, daughter of Margaret P. Rush & John Van Clearman;

D. H. Miller relationship to the Deceased, if any, unknown;

Isaih Stanford: Isaiah Stanford - relationship to the Deceased, if any, unknown;

Thos. Hankins: Thomas George Anderson Hankins, 11/10/1829 - c. 4/13/1864, brother of the Deceased;

Wm. B. Taylor: William Burton Taylor, 4/9/1818 2/27/1863, brother-in-law of the Deceased;

Stephen Hankins, c. 1805 c. 1870, uncle of the Deceased;

Lavisa Hankins: Lavisa A. Clearman, c. 1831 - ?, widow of the Deceased;

James M. Morton, the Court Clerk, was James Mackison Morton, son of Mary A. [--?--] & Dr. James B. Morton, and probably a first cousin of the Deceased
