Camp of Instruction
To Colonel William R. Smith,
I request leave of abscence for L. S. Bobo, a Private in my Company, now in this camp, in the service of the Confederate States, for fifteen days, for the following reasons:
Private business; and to recruit for Volunteers.
The said L. S. Bobo enlisted on the 18the day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-one to serve for the period of three years, and is aged 23 years, 6 feet and 1 inch high fair complexion, sandy hair, blue eyes, and by profession a farmer.
