School System, Mae Harris Matthews , retired from Elisay Jewelry, Chattanooga (no Children) Claude Matthews, retired high school principal, Ollie Ruth Matthews, teacher, Scottsboro Cty School system and not pictured was Ted Matthews (married late-no children) retired Ala.State Trooper-died in Birmingham 1960's of lung cancer. This picture was taken in the late 70's or early 80's in their back yard in Scottsboro. None of the 5 children ever had children and Pauline is the last of this line still living.

Note of interest--Mae was known as an excellent horsewoman as well as marksman.
