Summoned for jury duty: Elias Bishop, Samuel Friday, Thomas Fulgham, Samuel P. McSpadin, James H. Green, John P. Wallace, Jordan Risinger, Hackney Taylor, Enoch Lathem, Corniliaus Lathem, Edward H. Bernhard, George M. Woolley.

Joseph F. Ray granted license to sell liquors in the small measure at Sandfords Mill. p. 203

Joseph M. Foshee granted license to sell liquors in the small measure. p. 203

John W. Hays granted license to keep a tavern in the town of Centreville. p. 204

Tucker and Taggart granted license to sell liquors in the small measure. p. 204
